Services

Clover Group Solutions provides digital marketing and AI automation services, including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, website design, and AI engine optimization. Specific services, deliverables, and fees are outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information needed to deliver services.
• Grant necessary access to websites, ad accounts, and related platforms.
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

Fees and Payment

Fees for services are set forth in the applicable proposal, agreement, or invoice. Payment terms must be met as agreed. We reserve the right to suspend work for overdue accounts.

Intellectual Property

Materials we create for clients are generally transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise stated. We retain the right to use anonymized portfolio examples and general methodologies. Third-party assets, tools, and platform accounts remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Limitation of Liability

Clover Group Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed remain due.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
